Order Cancellation Policy
Once your order is placed, your credit or debit card will be charged immediately. Our streamlined process ensures orders are sent for processing and shipping right away, which means cancellations are not possible once an order is submitted. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Return Policy – Health & Safety
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns based on personal satisfaction. We also cannot accept returns for items that pose a potential health risk or have come into contact with skin or bodily fluids (including saliva, semen, blood, urine, etc.). Once these products leave our warehouse, they are considered used and non-resellable.
Examples of non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:
- Any dildo or vibrator
- Any lingerie
- Any enema kits
- Any item that pierces the skin
- Any item intended for oral, vaginal, anal, or penile insertion
- Any harness/dildo combination
We also cannot accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise. If your item qualifies for return, it must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will be required, along with a photo clearly showing the unopened packaging.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right. We offer exchanges for defective items within 7 days of delivery.
Many products are covered by a manufacturer warranty. If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, you may contact the manufacturer directly for a replacement.
