Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents inside. The return address will feature only our company name, with no reference to adult products.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Because of the intimate nature of the things that  we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective.

If a item is defective, you can wither contact the manufacturer for its warranty policy, or if it is within 14 days of receiving the item you can contact us for an exchange. Please email us with the description of item, what the defective is, and the order number,

If you received an item other then what you ordered, that is on us and we will exchange it out for the item that you ordered
